Terms of Service

By accessing or using services provided by H44 Freelance, you agree to the following terms:

• All photography, video, and social media services are provided under written agreement.
• Clients receive usage rights for agreed purposes; H44 Freelance retains copyright unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation policies are outlined in individual contracts.
• H44 Freelance is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• All featured media is used with client permission. Signed releases are required for promotional use.

Privacy Policy

H44 Freelance respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information:

• We collect contact details via forms solely for communication and project planning.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
• All data is stored securely and used only for business purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

Scope of Work

This agreement covers a one-time creative service provided by H44 Freelance, including photography, videography, drone media, or branding as specified in the booking form. Deliverables will be tailored to the client’s request and provided within the agreed period.

Turnaround Guarantee

All standard deliverables will be provided by 9:00 AM the following business day after the shoot. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, ACH, or approved invoice platforms.
• Past due payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Usage Rights

Client receives full usage rights to all delivered media.
H44 Freelance retains the right to use select media for promotional purposes unless a signed Media Release Opt-Out is submitted.

Drone Media

Drone footage is provided by a hobbyist pilot and is intended for promotional and personal use only. It is not FAA-licensed for commercial sales or regulated airspace operations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are billed in full.

Confidentiality

All client media, branding, and business information are stored with strict confidentiality. No files are sold or published without written consent.

Revisions

Each project includes one round of basic edits. Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate or quoted per request.

Communication

All official communication must be conducted via email or approved client portal. Phone calls, texts, and social media messages are not considered binding unless confirmed in writing.

Legal

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation prior to legal action.

Acceptance

By signing the General Contract Form or submitting a booking, the client agrees to these terms in full.
